I recently went to get my hair done at salon 102 and I can confidently say I’ll be a forever returning customer. The receptionist was so welcoming and the owner did a phenomenal job on my cut and color! Highly recommend!!!!🩷🩷

It’s disappointing to see negative reviews that don’t reflect the level of care I’ve consistently experienced. Based on my own experiences, this salon stands behind its work and genuinely wants every client to be happy. If you’re considering a keratin treatment or any other service, be sure to follow the aftercare instructions carefully, as they are an important part of achieving the best results. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for an experienced, honest, and talented stylist. I’ll definitely continue trusting them with my hair.

I've been coming to Salon 102 for years and always had a good experience, but today was not good at all! Lisa the owner did a keratin treatment and missed the back bottom portion of my hair when flat ironing. I didn't notice it till I got home. I immediately took pictures and called them to let them know. Lisa asked me to come back that same day, but I didn't feel like driving all the way back. It's a 36 minute ride from where I live. I did return the next morning and Lisa flat ironed my hair again focusing on the front and sides when I told her it was the bottom back that needed to be fixed. When I complained about it, she said I'll just redo the whole thing and gave me an attitude. She said maybe this salon isn't for you. She seemed to really take offense that I had a complaint about the job she did. I know she was in a rush to get out that day too because I over heard her speaking about it to others. She had an appointment to get to and had Angelica help her flat iron my hair. I had 2 of them flat ironing my hair and they still missed a good portion of the bottom back. The bottom back is the most important part to get right since it's difficult for me to see back there. Then Lisa tried to gaslight me by telling me that it was my fault. It's not the salon that I have a problem with, it's the owner. Lisa should know better than to treat customers that way. She should have just admitted her error and fixed my hair without any confrontation. The error on my hair wasn't even the worst part, it was the way I was treated when I had a complaint by the owner of all people!!! She ruined my day and experience. Absolutely love my hair color and hairstyle! Angelica did an amazing job — the color came out perfect and the style looks beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the results!

This is a great, relaxing and very friendly salon! I've been getting my hair done there for years. Love them all!
